On the 𝟐𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, our young learners from 𝐎𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 embarked on an engaging adventure to the 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 as part of their investigation into the theme “𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬.”

They were welcomed by the Post Master and other enthusiastic postal staff, who eagerly shared the inner workings of the postal world. Our little explorers learned about the various departments, the journey of a letter from 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫, and the fascinating art of posting letters. But that wasn’t all. The highlight of the trip was when our inquisitive learners had the chance to 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐮𝐭

live postcards and sent them off through the 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐱. In today’s fast-paced digital era, where emails and instant messaging dominated, we believed it was crucial to keep the timeless postal traditions alive. We aimed to instill in our students an appreciation for the ways of the past while embracing the conveniences of the present. Thanks to our Home Room Advisors – Ms. Jyoti Yadav, Ms. Aruna, Ms. Jyoti Dalal, Ms. Shalini, and Ms. Ramanjeet for organizing this educational trip for our students.
